Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL, GLS, DPD or Post Parcel Service with tracking number. All the available methods are displayed in the process of ordering. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be insured and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you are granted the right of return of any applicaple goods within 14 days. Goods made on order are excluded. Before sending back any return please contact us in the regular way by e-mail. We advise the cheapest, the safest and the fastest shipping methods.
