Hereinafter referred to as the Order, concluded in Warsaw between the Customer, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party, within the meaning of the Store Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Store) of roswellaudio.pl, placing an order in it (hereinafter referred to as the Order), and Helion Power Studio Ltd based in Eccles, United Kingdom , registration number CRN 09933215, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor.

§ 1. The Ordering Party entrusts the Contractor to search for a contractor, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, a work consisting in integration, customization and adaptation, hereinafter referred to as the Work, and concluding a contract with the Contractor for the performance of the Work, hereinafter referred to as the Contract, and the Contractor declares that he accepts the order.

§ 2. The Contractor declares that he will not collect remuneration from the Ordering Party for the performance of activities that result from the content of the Order.

§ 3. The Ordering Party declares that he entrusts the Contractor to agree the terms and conditions of cooperation, as well as the content of the Agreement connecting him with the Contractor, provided that they are consistent with the content of the Order.

§ 4. The Ordering Party and the Contractor jointly declare that they agree that the Contractor's remuneration shall be taken from the amount paid for the Order.

§ 5. The contract is concluded on the day the Order is accepted by the Store.

§ 6. Amendments to the Agreement shall be made in writing, documented or electronically, otherwise null and void, unless the parties agree otherwise.

§ 7. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

§ 8. Any disputes that may arise in connection with the implementation of the provisions of the Order, the parties will try to resolve amicably, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement, they will submit it to the court having jurisdiction over the Capital City of Warsaw.
